I personally prefer the RF602.
I like that the RF603 uses transcievers (receiver+transmitter as a single unit - it eliminates the need for buying multiple transmitters if you use multiple cameras, and lets you quickly change the function of each -- if you have 5, you can use 1 as a transmitter and 4 as receivers.. or if you have 2 cameras you can use 2 as transmitters, 3 as receivers). That and the AAA battery (opposed to the CR2's used in the RF602 transmitter) are the cool parts to me.
A huge selling point of receivers for me, are having a 1/4" or 3/8" threaded hole on the bottom to throw on top of a lightstand, tripod or ballhead. The RF-602 has this, but the RF3 (being a transceiver) has a REAL hotshoe -- you'll need a coldshoe adapter for each one you plan to use on a stand (and you'll want a 'gripping' one).
The RF602 and CTR-301P both use the threaded hole on the bottom.
Another big problem is the lack of any "lock" on them. The RF602TX's didn't have a lock (and I've had them fall off my camera numerous times), but that's a transmitter. Having the same happen with a transceiver (which is a bit more expensive), especially one designed to hold a flash on top, is a huge problem. This is also why you need to get a "gripping" coldshoe to 1/4" adapter, opposed to a slide-in adapter.
That, plus the higher price, has been a big problem for me.
