Много хора вече ме питат по пощата и по кю-то и на всичкото отгоре с различни никове и мейли. Вече се побърках от кореспонденция. "The Nikkormat FT is a fabulous camera. It is all metal and very sturdy. They are beautifully designed to be very simple and efficient. They are real cameras that are great for beginners to learn or for professional work. They have a very nice metal shutter (none of that rubberized silk crap) and are smooth to work with. While my light meter works perfectly, I have hear complaints that once they go it's over for them. I however, have never experienced any problem and would be content to work with a hand held. While lenses that fit the mount and are good are not found everywhere, they certainty are out there. They are good quality cameras- no plastic. They even have mirror-lockup! They are constantly a pleasure to use and are very comfortable in the hand."
"I've had my Nikkormat FT for some time now and I love it. It is heavy but very durable and sturdy. It does (despite what is says on the description page) have a depth of feild preview and a mirror lock-up that is very nice. It's all-metal body plus a nice lens makes it a pleasure to use and takes consistently beautiful pictures. I have heard bad things from friends about the Nikkormat meter although mine has no problems. Another nice feature is the shutter. It is metal (no rubberized silk here) and is made very well. "I was genuinely surprised with the test results of this humble normal lens. It delivers sharp and contrasty images already at wide apertures. Even at f/2, there is just a trace of flare and corner softness, and beyond f/2.8 it renders excellent image quality. Despite its multi-coating, some flare and ghosting result when the lens is pointed towards the sun, so be careful in that situation. The 6-bladed aperture can give some not-so-nice ghosts and while these normally are well controlled, they become much more obvious for IR photography.
To show age doesn't mean a thing, this lens is probably one of the sharpest Nikkors I've deployed on my D2H.
For use on the D2X, you should be aware of the less than perfectly flat field of this lens. Centre of the image is very very sharp with D2X, but you can see a slight deterioration of quality towards the corners, thus preventing the lens from getting a perfect score with this camera."
